What to do with binge foods?

We all have that product that makes us want to eat more, but with binging it is different. Your stomach feels like a big black hole who has never been filled before and you can get endless amounts of food inside. Examples from binge foods are:

  • Nutella
  • Peanut butter
  • Bread
  • Pj sandwiches
  • Ice cream
  • Oats
  • Granola bars
  • Pie
  • Cereal
  • chocolate

For me, these foods were the bitches in my life, the mean girls. They could jump me into a binge like a car could go 100 miles in 3 seconds in top gear. So a lot of times you heard people saying throw them out of the house, you aren’t going to win and start fresh tomorrow. Well I did that at first and didn’t helped me a fucking tiny bit. What did helped was this.

I decided that all these foods were going to be a part of my daily diet, some Nutella on my bread and some peanut butter. Or some oats in the morning, as an evening snack some ice cream etc. At some point (for me 2 months) it was worn out. It did not hold me in its charm like it used to. I know it is scary as fuck, but by all means try it.

If you are afraid, try portion packaged foods you fear and go for it!
