A quick recipe for the day. I called it a VEGAN MUKBANG BOWL, because it is huge!  But let’s be honest, I am a big eater and could possibly eat for 3 people. For me eating NORMAL, is eating a bit from everything. I do not like restrictions and do not follow a diet and I would encourage you to do this at well. Eat what you please at that moment in normal portions. I do admit, I eat vegan food a lot! It curbs my appetite and I just love greens, beans and (dried) fruits. Therefore, this one goes out to all the permanent vegans; I love your food and your kind heart!

  • just throw everything in a bowl and enjoy


  • 200 grams of mixed lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 grams of fake vegan minced meat
  • 3 spoons of chickpeas
  • 5 spoons of cucumber spread (made with salt, pepper, mustard, soy yogurt)
  • 1 pickle diced
  • pepper
  • salt
  • on the side (not on the picture), creamy mushroom dressing (dice mushroom, take a pan, bake them short and pour in coconut cream add salt, pepper, oregano and what you like)
