RECIPE: Smooth Criminal Smoothie (vegan)

I dont always drink smoothies, but when i do, I get gassy as fuck………..No just kidding. As a dietitian student I am always looking for that powerdrink that will boost my health, metabolism and resistance to the flue. Not long ago I found it. I do eat vegan often, although not being one. This drink has your (complex) carbs, protein and fats. So you will be feeling a satiety for at least 3 hours. Enjoy your smooth criminal.


Needing a: Blender


  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1/2 cups of oats
  • 1 scoop of pea protein
  • 1 cup of zucchini
  • 3 chunks of banana
  • teaspoon cocoa powder
  • vanilla extract
  • 3 medjoo dates

Put it in the blender and enjoy!
