vegan hotdog!

So many of us have seen veganisme coming sky high in supermarkets, recepies and society. It’s easy, cheap, good for weightloss, more veggies and If you got a good vitamine b12, iron and calcium supplement, you can come far. Also take note that fortified food can help you a ton!

So at the moment, you also got vegan hotdogs (foto from PETA, but I made the same and then my camera fell flat and broke). They taste way more nice, less calories and all kindness to nature. I am in for it!

 

Preparation beforehand:

  • pan
  • grill
  • vork
  • peeler

Ingredients (for 4 persons)

  • 8 carrots
  • 8 buns
  • 2 red onions
  • mustard
  • ketchup
  • pickles
  • 2 avocados
  • pepper
  • salt
  • coconut oil or sunflower oil

prepare:

  • take a peeler  and peel all the carrots
  • take the avocado and slice in little peaces and mash up with pepper and salt
  • now take the clean carrots and do them in a pan whom is already warmed up with oil
  • put the carrots in the pan and put a lit on it, every 3 minutes turn the carrots
  • take the buns, cut them open and put them on the grill
  • meanwhile cut the oniion and pickles in little peaces
  • the carrots are done in 10 minutes, put the fire off
  • take the buns and spread the avocado
  • then spread some flakes of onion and pickles
  • add the carrot to the bun
  • finish of with some mustard and ketchup
