HORMONES?

Hormones are a big factor in our daily lives. They decide whether we eat or not, whether we are moody or not, our bone density, whether menopause starts (and the symptoms), whether we are fertile enough and much more! At IAMSTUFFED, the CEO has had her own share of hormone issues and she was eventually able to cure that with nutrition. From there she trained as a hormone coach to help women with their hormones.

At IAMSTUFFED, we do not claim that food and lifestyle alone are enough to solve certain diseases that clearly need medical attention! But we do know that it is a good supporter of certain issues faced by women and men. For example: endometriosis, pcos, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, primary or secondary amenorrhea, low sperm count and osteoporosis.

Sometimes zooming in on lifestyle, weight, quality food (timing and quantity too), sleep, mindset (stress management), alcohol and substances can be very helpful in helping with certain developments of curing/stabilizing diseases. This course is for professionals, but also for enthusiastic people who want to know more. The main difference between these groups; is that the professionals get extra handouts. In this 3-day course we dive into the essentials for a better endocrine system. The courses are always on Thursdays, from 13:00-18:00. The course lasts 3 weeks. We take a closer look at:
